How much time I spend negotiating the division of “stuff” in people’s homes

ie: race car memoribilia, pets, christmas decorations

What advice would you give someone considering the same line of work as you?
Run Honey - become a doctor, or better yet marry one.

What’s the most amazing thing about you that most people wouldn’t have guessed?
I am a closet

couch potato and a steamy teenage drama on TV is my absolute favorite.

What makes your home special?
I live in a great friendly neighborhood and my neighbors have been known to cut my grass

and watch out for me.

I am a dedicated friend
